Simply google Goddess Gayatri Mata for all of my references. Seriously, a but load of wonderful inspiration from India.
This is the banner I was working on for my website 3 years ago. It's on my todo list to finish. I'm posting it up here to motivate me to continue and also gather critique while I'm at it.
The sky background is not yet finished, and I still need to work on placement, but it's all in the air. Elephants, tigers and swans are often seen with the goddess, but what I'm going to add is beyond me. I know I want it to feel like a mystical sunrise. Any and all suggestions welcome. Realism is what I'm striving for with this pixel, so any hints on how to create a pixel fog/mist would be AWESOME.
The black and grey version IS allowed to be used, just nothing else on here please. This thing has taken me YEARS, seriously, to put together, so please respect that one thing.
This is a baseless creation. I did use the base shown at the bottom for placement reference. Gosh, it's been so long all I can remember is that the site was mario themed and she had a build your own base section that was completely brilliant. I want to say Undiluted-junk was the name of the site, but I could be COMPLETELY wrong.
